Icynene introduces ProSeal Eco – a world first 100% water blown, medium-density closed cell spray foam insulation ideal for commercial and residential applications. This environmentally responsible solution does not contain any synthetic blowing agents and is 100% water blown. This environmentally responsible spray foam solution has been extensively tested for an expanded range of commercial application possibilities.

Limitations of Use
ProSeal Eco should not be used:

  • Against substrates that may exceed 180°F at installation or in the future
  • Inside electrical outlets or junction boxes
  • Flotation purposes
  • Placed above the roofing membrane
  • Exterior surfaces, exposed and/or in contact with water

 

Thermal and Ignition Barriers

  • See ESR 3493 for details.
  • Approved thermal barriers:
  • DC 315 @22 wet mils, 14 dry mils
  • Alternatively, use a prescriptive thermal barrier

 

Approved ignition barriers:

  • DC 315 @6 wet mils, 4 dry mils
